Massage is a wonderful way to calm the nervous system, increase immune function, decrease stress levels and promote a fabulous sense of relaxation and wellbeing. It also reduces tension and anxiety and improves blood circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system and prevents muscle cramps and spasms.
I have been a Massage Therapist for some 30 years, specializing in Therapeutic, Swedish and Reflexology massage. I trained and practiced in Vancouver, Canada. I just love to massage away people’s aches and pains and reduce their stress levels.
